Yasaki Tournament Tackle e.U (“we”, “us”, or “our”) offers refunds on eligible products within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition and packaging, including the original packaging without any damage.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
